You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your candles.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all protective materials.
Candles that arrive broken or damaged will be replaced at no cost
If you received a different candle than what you ordered
Candles with manufacturing defects or quality problems
Simply not satisfied with your purchase (unused candles only)
Candles that have been lit or partially burned
Custom-made candles returned after the 30-day window
Candles returned without proper packaging or protective materials
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Email us at returns@eastsidewax.com or call (555) 123-CANDLE within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Pack the candles in their original packaging with all protective materials.
Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions.
Keep your tracking number for reference.
