Our Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your candles.

Original Packaging Required

Items must be returned in original packaging with all protective materials.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

Damaged During Shipping

Candles that arrive broken or damaged will be replaced at no cost

Wrong Item Received

If you received a different candle than what you ordered

Quality Issues

Candles with manufacturing defects or quality problems

Change of Mind

Simply not satisfied with your purchase (unused candles only)

Not Eligible for Return

Burned Candles

Candles that have been lit or partially burned

Custom Orders Past 30 Days

Custom-made candles returned after the 30-day window

Items Without Original Packaging

Candles returned without proper packaging or protective materials

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Return or Exchange

Contact Us

Email us at returns@eastsidewax.com or call (555) 123-CANDLE within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Package Your Return

Pack the candles in their original packaging with all protective materials.

Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return

Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions.

Keep your tracking number for reference.

Refunds & Processing Times

Refund Processing

  • • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • • Original payment method will be credited
  • • You'll receive an email confirmation when processed
  • • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

Exchange Processing

  • • New items shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving return
  • • No additional shipping charges for exchanges
  • • You'll receive tracking information for your new order
  • • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Return Shipping Costs

Free returns for damaged items, wrong items, or quality issues
Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns
Prepaid label provided for eligible free returns
